The Verkhovna Rada has adopted the Law

The Verkhovna Rada has adopted the Law "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Concessions for the Building and Exploitation of the Motor Highways" (new edition)

The Law envisages the legitimate basis for the formation of the favourable environment for the realization of investment projects in the sphere of building and exploitation of the motor highways on the conditions of the concession.

The relevant Bill is registered in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, № 0918.
